Tagging onto this conversation as I need some help… my crash busted all of the rear plastic… the only replacement options I’m finding are oem and carbon fiber which are both more than I want to spend on a part im probably going to break again.

What rear fairing stay option’s do we have? I see motoholders offers an option with the plastic stay and another ”SBK” without the plastic

IIRC, the SBK is if you are running the SBK gas tank, SBK rear shock, rear fairings, swingarm etc. Doing so will tremendously increase the cost.

If your OEM subframe is ok and you only need the plastic, I'd probably try to buy used parts on eBay.

Full one piece carbon tails are great if you have plenty of coin but they are fragile, and I think really impractical for a track bike. Alloy subframe and fibreglass tail is the best combo IMHO. Alloy you can straighten after a crash and fibreglass is tougher than carbon, cheaper and easier to repair on the fly. If you are handy you can DIY it pretty easily or just buy a solution from one of the many serious race fairing companies.

Gotcha… thanks for the details on the SBK upgrade… I don’t need all of that. The subframe is ok, but I’m considering getting a motoholders installed and keeping the stock subframe in the trailer parts bin.

Funny enough I actually have a full six monocoque but I’ve decided that since my ambition is greater than my skill, I should probably sell that bit of kit before I destroy it as well.

Would you be able to point me to any fiberglass rear tail stay solutions? I think buying 2 of these is the most practical solution. Coming up short in my searches for such a part.

Not Paul, but check this link. If you just need the supporting plastic replaced because it's damaged, there is a way to weld plastic back together with heated metal inserts. But, searching used panigale V4 parts on eBay may get you what you need.

My ambition is also greater than my skill. I feel your pain.

I don’t see a rear fairing stay at ionemoto but it seems like they should have one based on the other parts they have so I’ll reach out to them. They also have subframes which I will search for info about… Thank you!

eBay has come up short which is a bit surprising and makes me wonder if I haven’t solved the keyword code for that part 😂

Try WRS they sell an ilmberger one piece tail that looks like it bolts on to the aluminium subframe

Did you brake your fairing stay or just the fairing that goes on the outside?

Motocomposites has both

man I have one for a 2020 V4S that I’m not using if it will fit your bike, the plastic rear stay.

What city do you live in?

This seems like a very practical option. Any critiques from the group on this?

It's a new product so no reviews yet.

Seems legit though, I've corresponded with them a couple of times and asked about rigidity of the assembly... they assure it's solid

They do have good rep with other products as Scandinavian products do in general.

I'm more interested in this for the SF tbh...It's in need of a larger tank more than the Pani but the fitment is yet to be confirmed.

I was just in Oroville a couple weeks ago.

I have the fairing stay, might have an extra rear fairing too will have to look, if you want the fairing stay PM me your address and I’ll ship it sometime this week when I send a few other things out.

Send me your contact info and I’ll text you the receipt for the shipping costs, PayPal me whatever that is, or Zelle or Venmo
