It is what it is

We had a deal and he did not keep his end of it

Glad no one else here had the experience that myself and the people that gave him reviews had

Actually that’s ......... I know god damn well that people here had him try to pressure them into spending because people from here told me so
LOLOL yeah I pressured them. Yes I do pressure people like I pressured you to realize that certain things are not worth spending money on. And you cant deny that one bit. Now go steal some more bikes or cars or whatever else you do.

“The insults ARE childish and far from necessary” but what is childish about me sharing my experience that dude burnt me with new people that are asking?

Please explain how that is childish
You didnt get burnt. Did you get every part you paid for? Yes or no?

I don’t care if you only charged me $1000 for exhaust and bushings dude

Bottom line is you gave me YOUR WORD that you would ship both

You did not and it cost me $195

Only YOU can make this right

Don, as a fellow forum member, I’ve made comments here and there in your defense, and I think you’ve been treated unfairly in certain threads, but not here.

“Childish” isn’t the word that best describes your behavior here, but you seem far too emotionally invested in this circumstance, especially considering the relatively small liability you’re claiming compared to the expenses incurred in modifying these motorcycles.

Your incessant complaining about an alleged $200 loss on a $3000 purchase leaves you looking pedantic and of questionable credibility, particularly considering that Cycler presents a coherent and credible “other side” of the story.

You would have advanced your case far more effectively had you presented one relatively dispassionate account, and then left it alone. Your numerous other nonsense posts don’t help your credibility here either - you don’t get to play the class clown 99% of the time, and then suddenly demand to be taken seriously.

Did you see that thread Craig? They shipped all but 2 parts that can be had for just under $200. What if they told me I was ass out? Yeah they promised to ship em but now that they got my money go .... my self? What if it were you that got shorted? What would you do? Go read Tolstoy? I don’t think so. Yeah I like to kid around but I take the business side of it (as well as peoples word) seriously

Yes, I saw that thread.

If it was me, I would have stated my case and then left it alone - not drone on about it in every thread mentioning the individual for months on end.

This isn’t hypothetical Don. I have a current issue with a shop that owes me thousands for wrecking my car during testing, and hastily repairing the right quarter (that brushed the wall) without telling me (repair was ~$3k). They also owe me a set of Carrillo HD rods and CP pistons for a supra motor (~$3k). The likelihood I see any of that - low.

But the expense (or lack thereof) here is a secondary issue. The primary issue is the manner in which you chose to present your case.

@craig bush It wasnt even $200 that I owed him. I was supposed to send him 2 of my old bush's. Somehow I lost one. So I ordered another a new one which was on back order. The bush's for the 1299 are the same for the top and bottom. They cost $52.00 each. I accidently wrote an extra number on the one I sent. But I did order the 2nd. When he said he didnt like the exhaust I said give me two weeks and I will resell it to someone for $2000. This way the only loss would be shipping. But I also stated if I sell his exhaust he isnt getting the bush's meaning I would cancel the one I ordered and though the one i sent was lost. But I got it back in the mail. He agreed. Within 10 days I find a buyer in Canada. I even offered to pay for half the shipping to Canada. He never responds to my texts or to my post where I was selling a totally different Vandemon with a airfilter for more. He thought I was selling his and bad mouthed me on that post. At that point I didnt read his post and kept texting him. Finally I read what he wrote on my post. And even there I kept appealing to him. He ignored me. I lived to my end of the bargain. He thought I was trying to screw him and sell his exhaust for more and pocket the difference. In the end I had to sell the exhaust to the Canadian for $2000 and at that point made zero.

Here is the thread I made that started it all. And here is the proof that shows I kept writing that I have his exhaust sold. Just get in touch with me. He never got in touch with me. As I said I lived up to my end of the bargain. He got so emotional thinking the post was about his exhaust that he backed out of the deal and didnt respond. So why should I send him anything? I wound up cancelling the order for the new bush and have the old one sitting in my garage. And the funny thing is, Don texted me the next day demanding I pay him $193.65 for the two bush's he bought for his 1199 because he never got mine. Now mind you the ones for the 1299 cost around $52 and change for each. So even if I bought him new ones that would have been $105-$106 plus $10 shipping. So total $115-$116. Why the hell would I pay him for the 1199 bush's when he was supposed to get my two old 1299 bush's. And I lost one. So I sent him one which cost me $8 shipping and the 2nd one cost me $63. Total cost $81. Yet he demanded $193.65 even though the dude broke out deal. And the best part of it all is Don started a posted asking for advice on using the 1299 bush's. Almost everyone said not to do it. On top of that I even offered to contact Woodcraft on his behalf since Im a dealer. And talk to them so they would take back his race fairings which didnt fit right THAT I NEVER EVEN SOLD HIM. I did call and spoke to them and was told to call back so we can discuss this a little more and reach a conclusion. I didnt have to do that. But after what transpired Jan 15th I said screw this. Im not wasting my time and energy trying to help someone who basically stabbed me in the back.

Don - you really turn every thread to ..... You make it a point to find something wrong about every seller on here. You legit put authentic Karen's to shame. This .... is next level.
What?

The “rare” R model Panigale? That one?

Do you wish I would log out and never come back????

I don’t like to eat .... (but have plenty of times : )

Alright sounds like some people are resentful at me... I’ll start a new thread regarding just that. All are welcome : )

Unfortunately on the forums there is no end to flame wars. I tune in for the latest updates to see what the zeitgeist is and if my miniscule knowledge can help anyone. Only post about what I have experienced, but this bunfight over parts and delivery, with Mick over something something is pointless. No one is going to win here

I was skeptical of this drama, but I reached out to Cycler directly and sought a quote for an Arrow pipe, Sprint filter, and Upmap T800 combo.

He was quick to respond, very informative, and offered me lots of feedback on my choices. He was quick to set and manage expectations regarding product availability and shipping times.
Once we agreed on the pertinent details, he offered me multiple payment options including Paypal Friends/Family to save some money. After executing the order, I got immediate updates with tracking numbers as each item shipped. Everything arrived as described and in perfect condition.

I'd recommend using Cycler if you, like me, were reading the complaints and having reservations.
