Today my 1199R was delivered, beautiful in the flesh. Unfortunately it started snowing today, still around 0 ºC. Have to wait for better Wx.
Started her up, sounds great (she does smoke a bit though:D)

Enjoy the pics:

Interesting that the swingarm mounting hardware has an additional bolt or something in it.

I'm interested in that seat too. Looked like the stock seat in height with better non slip material on a demo.

gotta admit, that i'm dig'n the R trim. same thing happened w/ the tric for me. congrats!

That heat shield looks ridiculous, and the seat is a stocker that has been cladded to look like the DP racing seat - but is not. Not cool.

pulling that heat shield as soon as the bike arrives...looks like crap

if anyone has a reg full termi carbon shield; and you are a true HH; I will trade you straight up for it...otherwise, I will just wrap the .... out of it with header tape and be done with the whole topic.

figgn' thing looks like the regular cabon one melted and stretched down....

(can carbon be cut and re-glossed at the edges if needed?)

I might take you up. PM me when you get yours in. There's also an additional HS on the header inlet.
