Anyone get the aero wings on a 2013, I thought is would be a new nose for this year or maybe the R would have in incorporated in the carbon(cough) nose. I like the look, but only a a one peice, hate to put these on then not like them and scratch my paint.

Yep, they came in a separate box like the 2012s.

My bike is a 2012 "S"...it came in on a separate box together with the pasenger seat and pasenger footpegs.. etc...I never installed it as I kinda like the look of the Panigales without the aero kit. The Aero kit makes the face of the Panigale look wide. I want the Panigale to look sleek and narrow....

I just kept it in the box and stored it...together with the other parts it came with.

I don't recall seeing aero-jiblets attached to a Tri?

May have to try them and take a pic :)

Don't do it! It will screw up the paint which as we know is the most fragile paint job i have ever seen. Look at it hard and it will be scratched!

That's true. It's work keeping this thing looking nice if you ride it much. I kind of held the aero doodads up to the bike last night, but I don't think I'd like them so they are staying in the box.

They came fitted to mine when I collected it. I like them myself.

I had them installed for delivery. That was based on a personal thought that Ducati had created these to reduce the slight hi speed weave that some journo's complained about at the launch.

I don't know if they make a difference, but I do prefer the looks of the bike with them fitted.

i mounted them myself its not hard at all. just unscrew the fairing that says 1199 panigale you dont have to remove it. slide the tabs under rescrew. the top just snaps into place.

stealership will charge you if you dont ask them to put it on during initial setup.
