That Multistrada V4 dash is pretty nice...If they are going to do the dash this year, I'd suspect next year it will be a new platform. Then at least 3 or 4 years before it is developed to the point its actually rideable.

I'm perplexed, why hasn't a top race team, suspension manufacturer or tyre company taken Dave Moss on!?
I’ve been told by a highly respected suspension tuner to never let Dave Moss touch the suspension they put on my bike. Literally made me say… At first they were laughing and then they were serious.

I had stock setup from DMT which was all off but then again we were making big compromises w the wrong springs all around. It was a bit of a bodge.

Every suspension builder will bash every other suspension builder. Motorcycle industry is notorious for poor professional standards among peers, no one gets along.

I am not defending Moss, but just saying, talk to the guy down the street and he will say your "respected tuner" is a joke. Seen it over and over again for years on multiple race bikes.

Say what you want about Dave but just look at what he does with his own bikes. Guy rides an R6 with 1 cylinder deactivated and flys by Ducati’s like they are sitting still and he does it with stock suspension. To me he obviously knows how to dial his stuff in. He’s the guy that got me started in learning to setup my own stuff so if anything he is a good inspiration to learn how to do it and make yourself faster.

The suspension tuner in my area was promoted by every single person as the best in the business for on/off track setups. He had no clue how to setup dynamic suspension and kept telling me how the old manual adjustments on 10 year old tech was better. Wasted an hour teaching the guy how to adjust dynamic and manual settings in the menu. I left with only a rear spring adjustment. I suspect I am not the only one to have this experience with a "suspension specialist".

I bought stiffer front springs from Dan Kyle, and watch Dave Moss' vids quite often. The guys know their stuff.

I had Dan Kyle triples on my 848 Base model and was quite impressed by the quality of the part.

If I ever had someone bad mouth either of those guys, I would think twice about believing anything they had to offer.

I think the better move would have been to listen to what the guy says and try out his setup. Unless said tuner works for Ducati I doubt they'd fully understand DES. The manual does a pretty piss poor job of explaining the adjustments.
