Buy the one that give you the biggest wood.
I've been riding for almost 20 years, and until I bought my Pornigale, I always compromised. I bought the "smarter" or "better" bike. But never the bike I truly craved.
If you don't buy the one you most lust after, you will never scratch that itch you are obviously suffering from, and you will always wish you had chosen differently. So in other words: do it, man! If the bike doesn't turn out to be what you wanted, you will at least know---which is worth much in itself.
Best Wishes,
Luke
PS - don't deceive yourself. Your "wet mode" aspirations will be thrown out the window after about 5 or10 miles.
