Ducati 1299 Panigale S Anniversario - Pictures and Info

Ducati Forum

Help Support Ducati Forum:

Mine just arrived, 90 total in Germany, got Nr. 194

Akrapovic mounted directly by the dealer, interesting to see that it has not the gold hue as suggested in the official ducati pics. It is the standard Akrapovic Titanium Slip on. Still looks awesome...

the bike looks even better in flesh by the way ;-)

and by the way the anniversario in Europe is NOT a 2017 Model because it is still Euro 3 homologated, in 2017 ALL new bikes in Europe need to respect Euro 4 emissions (which is a big crap and is responsible for huge Catalytic converters like on the 955)

There are first spy pics circulating on the 2017 Euro 4 Panigale and the exhaust looks terrible with a huge under belly Cat and 2 side pipes (one on each side)

Not to mention that it will run super lean because of CO2 emissions which are much tougher in Euro 4.

So my recommendation is to get a 2016, 1299 for all Europe located Ducatisti

I am completely ...... now. I ordered an Anniversario immediately after WDW. Ducati still tells me that delivery will be in November. After US, Begium and some other countries now Germany! Why the .... can't they deliver to the country next to them? I am begining to think that there is something severly wrong within their sales department.

Ducati probably does batches according to the different homologations... US, Euroland, Switzerland...who knows...

my dealer got 4 anniversarios the other 3 will arrive in November , December... the logic is strange thats for sure

I've heard that the 1299 has fueling issues down low and a lot of guys add piggy back systems on the bikes to make them smoother. have you guys heard any of this? I;m not sure if I need to actually think about doing this or not? any thoughts?

To many mountains and tunnels to go over and through :D

Got mine yesterday... ....... what a beast! (042/500). Got about 50 miles put on yesterday. Plus got the passenger seat (cake removing cover and flanges) and pegs (those were a .....) on.

Putting on the Akra slipons this weekend, I opened up the box yesterday and they due have kind of a goldish tint to it (it is titanium). They are definiely not a silver color...

Also has anyone that's gotten their bike found the aluminum block off plates? I haven't found them.

The more I see this bike, the uglier it gets to me. Way too much white and gold wheels? Really? Is it the 90's again.

There is no "flow" to the scheme at all. The lines suck. For a bike that is supposed to be a big deal/celebration, I would have thought they would make something less gay.

Just my opinion, of course. :)

you are the type of guy always has to say something bad when other ppl just got something new and happy you just have to go there and say "Oh It is ugly. it is just opinion..."

I think you are an ........ btw it is my "opinion". dont get offended.

Okay honestly speaking I love the gold wheels and the bike looks sic in certain shots but lately I seen pics which did make it appear ugly .. Would I say it on a forum where people are raving about it ? NO so I see chaotics point but nonetheless I would of kept my opinion to myself ..
