I've never understood why people that ride get so annoyed by the stuff people in cars do. In pretty much any confrontation with a car whether you're at fault or they're at fault you're going to end up hosed. Knowing that why would you ever rely on them doing the right thing? Even if they did the right thing 99 out of 100 times that one time is all it takes.
How does someone watch that car go out into the intersection then sit there with their thumb up their butt like something else isn't likely to happen? Also, who sits in the middle track of a lane at lights? Anyway, supposedly it was some kid with a learner's permit.
