There's a ton of debate about this, I run 34 F & 32 R myself for a bit more stiction in the Canyons Only riding I prefer. And always hit several hard starts/stops in a safe area to get some heat in before any performance riding, extra on colder days. These tires are amazing in a broad spectrum of temperatures but they definitely work best when on the warmer side.
