Gear Position Sensor confusion

This is not a rider training/improvement board its a gear board that's all about making the equipment better.
I don't think I'd consider this a gear board per se. I've certainly asked questions about riding technique and other track nonsense. Just to call it a gear board kind of dismisses the topics not related to clear clutch covers.
Regarding the MotoGP, WSBK bike differences your talking minute fractions of differences in performance but its such a high level that it matters, for anyone else an R1 or ZX10 is every bit as good or even better than a V4R around a track.
The point I was trying to get at is that in the prototype class, where all riders are very much near the same skill level you see that machine separation which doesn't really carry over to WSBK. In WSBK, where again the riders are very much near the same skill level, there are four bikes consistently in the front; Ducati, BMW, Yamaha and Kawasaki. The V4R got neutered so the other brands could keep up, but one would have to be a professional to truly exploit it.

Of course anyone at an amateur or casual has the potential to be just as fast on different platforms and at these levels, the rider skill gap is much greater.

Currently, its GB Racing black.

Speaking of clutch covers we aware that their a lot of cheap knock offs on ebay, I ordered a replacement r/h one from vendor that was offering separate components- ist warning sign. When it arrived it had GB packaging, instructions and looked identical but I weighed it and found it was about 100gm lighter than the one I was replacing. Would it work as well, maybe I havent given it the melt test to see if it indeed it is glass reinforced nylon but for now Ill live with a few scuffs on the original.
