Helmet .... definition - When one attaches a camera to ones head, by any manner of means eg. straps, helmet attachment. The camera is then used to film ....ography from a first person perspective..

Very special lid.

Thanks, it classy, and it joins last years model!

I've never been a big fan of graphics helmets because they tend to be either replicas of racers or just meaningless abstract patters/colours but the TT and the various road races like the NW200 are amazing and seem more relevant because they are road based.

Ugh. I just stopped myself from hitting the "order" button for the Project 46 helmet, it would go perfect with my VR46 coat :(

Couldn't stand it...went up to Pro Italia and bought their last medium 2013 Arai Isle of Man helmet :D, it too will sit next to last year's model. I'd love to find a 2011 version, easier said than done me thinks.

Need to build a display case next.

Can be had for ONLY $4000!

Ducati Corse Arai Carbon RXV Helmet - Limited Edition

I still don't understand why Arai's carbon helmet is 4x the price of the AGV. Does it come with 10 free ........ or something?

Ride report on my Pista GP.

200 mile loop this morning with the Pista and R. The weather frontwe were expecting moved in ahead of schedule so we got caught riding 80 miles in a torrential down pour. http://www.click2houston.com/news/afternoon-downpours-for-southeast-texas/-/1735978/20489966/-/katkvgz/-/index.html

Rode with the vents open:

Not as noisy as I was expecting. I always wear ear plugs and it wasn't any louder than my Aria V. Maybe a tad quieter.

Lot's of air flow and a surprise no water entry during very heavy rain.

The lightness of the helmet is very noticeable during and after the ride.

No buffeting, very smooth thru the air.

So there you go, I don't have any thing bad to say about it. The R got me back in one piece thru some wild ... weather; high wind gusts and did I mention Texas size rain fall  Put the bike in wet mode on the fly, really like this feature. Good news is my one-piece race suit is now clean as a whistle. Washed clean of months of bugs committing suicide.

Cheers, ....... :D

Which website did you buy the helmet? Has it been DOT certified yet?

You must have some damn good ear plugs.:D

Maybe try it without ear plugs to see the true difference.

I have Arai v and it is big enough difference in noise level. It's loud.

Name. I love arai but even I can't validate paying 4k for a helmet. After I wreck my current arai it will be my last I'm afraid.
