Heard art wrecked last night.

Hope he will be ok. Don't have any other details except he was in surgery.
 
Requiring surgery is terrible. I didn't hear he had picked up a new bike to replace his downed 1199. Hope he gets better soon.

Holy crap, this is right across town from me. I haven't met any of the FL members since I moved here. Hopefully I'll get to ride with Art real soon.

I don't like the writing of the last sentence do the second article. "FHP is still investigating if alcohol played a role in this crash." All accidents are investigated with substance abuse. Writing this crap can imply guilt. Today's journalist habits really get under my skin.
 
That's just ...... up for all involved. Wish there was a way we could show support.
 
Yeah man. He took a serious fall.

The kid was in the road. Could have happened to any of us. Its not like visibility is miles ahead at night. They always test for alcohol. Media sucks. Why i don't watch much anymore.

Hopefully he will make it.

Ride safe people. A bike wreck can kill any of us!
 
Very sad to read... R.I.P. Kyle Klocek and I hope Art recovers from this... devastating for both families.

Has there been any information released regarding whether Art was wearing gear?
 
Not sure. Was curious about that myself. He seemed to always wear a helmet. Not sure if he was wearing a jacket or not. Pretty hot down here so who knows.
