I just renewed mine . My 1199 R is $601 a year . My 1299 $283.40 and my 1290 Super adventure $297.57
existing customer, a few on the one policy, old ...
He actually said they can only charge what's reasonable to you guys and it's not really fair to double the price based on where you came in at. He also said they discovered they where too cheap and needed to fix that....I did mention they are now one of the dearest in the quotes I've gotten this time around.
Not too concerned really, more shocked that anything based on what you blokes got...I just tried too late, and I'd already paid by the time this came up last year.

Shannons are ..... .
They're definitely not as good as they once were regarding pricing, I've found it depends who you get on the phone on the day can make a difference. I've got everything with them (pani was the only thing that was not) and I've had to do the ring around every year for the last three years and get them to do better when I get the renewals.
We've had three minor claims in 10 years with them and that side of it has been flawless though.

True . Every insurance company has their faults they were just very inconsistent with my quoting and not willing to listen hence the reason I swapped companies .
