No, never its a controlled race track we just gave it a nickname the highway of course. :)

Okay, that's one of the funnier forum posts I've seen in a while. And you didn't even need to add "in Mexico" to make your point :)

Im cruising mine around under 6k.

Does better then the 848 in wet mode under 6.

I can already tell this is no city bike lol :)

600s keeping up with an 1199? A buddy of mine called me out on a longgggg country rode one day. He said I put bus lengths on him instantly. And the video mysteriously disappeared.

This is odd to me....I have owned a few bikes and the 1199 is by far the most comfortable... I can easily do 400+ miles on it and still function... Never could I have done that with previous bikes.....

2nd that

I loved the 848 and it was a torture rack comperitively speaking.

Love the lack of wrist pain now.

Maybe OP doesnt have that much experience with SS. OP I dont m,ean that in a bad way.

5th and 6th are for saving gas... Get it up above 6k and she's gone. 600's will look like they are standing still! Good that your taking your time and getting comfortable. Go to the track and really see what the Pani can do.

Have you tried changing the seat? This will make a HUGE difference. Ive done over 400mi in a day on the comfort seat and was surprised I felt fine afterwards.

I've been using race seat, and comfortable. But feeling a bit pushed forward and getting some minor wrist issues. Any idea if comfort is better for this. They are just so close really I have a hard time seeing it, but I've never actually ridden on the comfort. Any noticible difference between the two?
