Ya, well.... Adequate is all you are going to get. It seems like ages since I started this post and sent a letter and so far, all I have in response is a form letter. Sure, as soon as I can get my ass on my bike and ride the 600 miles to the dealer I will have a new dash or the wiring harness-thingy. Hopefully, that will fix it and that will be that (as they say).

Now; if only they can fix the life expectancy of my hydraulic clutch system. I hate changing the fluid after every couple of days of riding. :(

hell you can take the part number off the pdf posted in this thread and order the part yourself, it costs about $7 and takes 5 minutes to do it.

I just got my bike back from the dealer today after having the wiring harness recall fix added. No signal/button issues on the long ride I took afterwards. Prior to that, I never had a ride where it didn't F up.

Letter not really needed is it? The fix is apparently the wiring harness. Instead of going to my dealer 160 miles away, I ordered the part and did it myself (it only costs $7).

Took it out for a test ride and no issues.

Did anyone ever get a final response on this regarding Ducati extending the warranty? I wrote a letter and never heard back from them. My bikes warranty is going to expire in 4 months and I continue to have various problems with my bike. I'm worried the issues are going to continue and I will have to pay out of pocket.
