Moto-Science / FAR Panigale 1199 bolt on Mirrors from Italy
The first one is the short arm with the teardrop mirror....
The second is the Ducati Performance mirror 130x65mm convex glass.
The third mirror is 165mmx85mm convex glass : the best for replacing the stock mirror : large enough and the vibration is less than the stock.
Folding arms.

Put something like #2 on my 1198 Corse and though they were slimmer than stock I actually could see better. Im seriously been looking for a replacement for these and welcome change!

I do like #2. I agree with Gunny.

#3 is not bad either but I would not want to get another that looks like stock mirrors.

They are not on the website yet....when will they be available, how much and how long is the real waiting time? Actually a "bolt on"? Wires will match up??

The ones I speak of were outstsnding Norm. Totally plug n play with perfect fit and no vibration man! You know me, if its the latest and greatest I need to have it! Lol

Ps. Seans visit looking like first wknd Feb. Hope you dial in that scheme you had in mind. Get creative though, then add these mirrors!

You too Mark, get your carbon and other stuff ready for Connectcut Cycle Refinishing and break free from the normal world of 1199. :)

Just looked thru my old emails to find photo of the mirrors I had on my 1198 and found one from you guys (Motoscience) It appears that I had already communicated with Henri on the 1199 issue and purchased the previous ones from you guys!! How Awesome is this?? :D

Here was what I had on the Corse .

Ducati Performance Mirrors 1198 1098 848 Matte Black Mirrors

+1. I also have the Ducati Performance LED Mirrors, although on a 1098 S Tricolore. The grippy-rubber coated surface and fixed mirror on a ball socket with the LED front strip are way better than both the stock and 1199 mirrors. I would replace my 1199 with the DP Mirrors.

I have attached a picture showing the stock mirrors on the 1098 and 1199. When I first saw the mirrors on the 1199 I assumed that in time DP would release a decent replacement. The stock mirrors suck. It would be handy to put some electronic blind spot warning sensors into the mirror housing with display on the mirror.

The current DP mirrors would be awesome on the 1199.

I'll mark that as a vote for #2.....

#2 is the best out of the selection offered. However, even on your offered selection in #2 the long stalk stems are not needed. Your current Mirrors from the 1098/1198 would work better on the 1199. Keep the rubber coating as it is essential for good gripping.

Why can't someone do a billet mirror? I hate plastic.... w/o signals would be fine.

Grasshopper , these were made for you : mirror slides on rails for length adjustment + mount fits 28-50mm. 3 axis adjustment on the mount enables
perfect geometry on any fairing. How are you going handle the turn signals ?

If you want them now, I will have them drop shipped from Italy. Send a message here. Figure ~10 days out of Bologna. If there is super enthusiasm, I will airfreight the first pallet in...

Panigale with the 1198 mirrors mock up for comparision :
I don't recommend these installations as you can't see behind you......
I always vote for function over form.

The first one is too short you will not see much behind you.

What you are saying is that you DO have these very same mirrors to fit the Panigale 1199? Are they going to be posted on the website for all to see soon? Unless I am blind and missed it last night?

The paint craftmanship on that 1199 tricolore is breathtaking :

Custom Motorcycle Paint | Connecticut Cycle Refinishing

Thanks Gunny, now that there are a good selection of panels on the market I see the market for high quality craft paint work beating a path to CCR.

Sorry to divert the mirror forum folks:

Send me your email address, etc via PM and I will have Sean contact you regarding this. He also is on forum here under "Sean" and you can contact him that way too. He can give you the skinny on what skinz work best for paint and repair work, just in case. He will be coming down to see me in Feb and going over stuff in person with folks here. I know you are FAR AWAY though.

I'd like to see #3 as I can only see the outside 1/4 of the stockers due to my shoulders blocking most of the mirrors. And what I can see is real buzzy.... But for some reason I actually like the look of the mirrors... if only they showed rearward view better.
