Moto-Science / FAR Panigale 1199 bolt on Mirrors from Italy

I'd like to see #3 as I can only see the outside 1/4 of the stockers due to my shoulders blocking most of the mirrors. And what I can see is real buzzy.... But for some reason I actually like the look of the mirrors... if only they showed rearward view better.

That is the one I am most interested in as well. As it is, I end up bending my elbow in when I look behind, as my Ducati Corse leather jacket elbow guards block the view.

Same here. (1098R mirrors, with and without the little base extension, are as useless as tits on a bull, btw)

I have all the 1198 mirrors in stock, the above mock up on the Panigale 1199 is just an exercise. Looks good , but they won't work as rear view mirrors on the Panigale. They require hand fitment and trimming on the inside of the alu mount.

I don't have the new Panigale mirrors in the USA, yet. As the US distributor I can have mirrors drop shipped from the factory in Bologna to anywhere. The cost is ~$30 for Priority mail from Italy.

Very similar mirror to the #3 Panigale mirror , side by side the Stock Panigale mirror :
and then next to the 1198 mirrors. The aftermarket mirrors don't vibrate as much as the stock, using a ball socket design, the spring tension is tighter as opposed to the stock design (captive mirror is a fixed shell which Ducati used on the 998,999,1098 and now the 1199)

So the ones last pictured are for the 1199, and will be a straight bolt on? They look just a little sleeker then stock, how much are they? When available?

I already know that #3 will be less buzzy than stock. It has to do with the design of the stock mirror using an automotive style mirror shell just like a car mirror or captive mirror design. Looks sleek, but has a tendency to vibrate more.
#3 is designed more for motorcycle vibration, the whole head is spring loaded to a ball and socket arm. It is the best design or at least the most proven one.

Interesting. I do like the #2 looks better but #3 is not bad as well. With the mentioned better usefulness, I think I can be convinced to lean over to 3#.

My next purchase brother! They worked awesome on my 1198 and mounted up easy. He has told me they are ready to drop ship from Italy so if you want we can double up an order. Im sure Mark will want em too!!

New Mirrors

Well some of the no 2 style turned up in the post today. Now to find time to fit them.:)

The first one is the short arm with the teardrop mirror....
The second is the Ducati Performance mirror 130x65mm convex glass.
The third mirror is 165mmx85mm convex glass : the best for replacing the stock mirror : large enough and the vibration is less than the stock.
Folding arms.
