It will take longer :(
They don't have it in stock. I'm pretty sure I'll have to make some tweaks on the right lower fairing and the subframe. But I'm sure it's going to be awesome :)

In the meantime I'm going to replace some more bolts with Ti and safety wiring.

MotoCorse's delivery finally arrived!
Jeeezzez.....

I have to calm down first. Bought new exhausts for my SL and my GF's M1200S.
All the stuff they sent weights NOTHING!

thanks... that's another story. BTW: I am still waiting for an answer from SuterRacing whether they will anodize their clutch in different colors (blue :) ).

If you got it (like a pair of tits) flaunt it friend lol. I don't anything is wrong with modding this bike like you do. Some day I'll do the same =)
 
Since I made a very good experience with polished suface on my Akra (colouring is more intense and very stable), I decided to try it on the MotoCorse....

I will post results when the bike is put together again (this will take some weeks, everything is apart).

BTW: The titanium alloy used by MC is far more difficult to polish than Akra :(

Hi Everyone,

Sorry to drag up an old thread, but in the interest of safety I thought I should alert all users of the Motocorse Ti Exhaust system to check the front exhaust manifold immediately due to rubbing of the exhaust and exposing the oil sump to potential hot exhaust gas.

Sorry about the picture quality, but you can see three spots where the exhaust has rubbed through the upper face of the oil sump. I don't know how far through it has gone, but I would estimate at its deepest 3mm.

Considering this part is only 6" from the exhaust outlet, I can only imagine what would have happened had oil been exposed to this area.

So if you did shell out $$ for this unit, please check. I am chasing up with Motocorse some recourse, not for money but I believe its a real safety issue.
