I live in Austin. Our weather changes a LOT. It occurs because we are fairly close to the Gulf of Mexico and we get colder air from the NW coming down. So, sometimes the weather line is right north of us and never makes it to the area.

We are more humid than what you are probably used to but nothing like Houston, and more south. If we are in the 80's it will be fantastic. Even low 90's isn't bad.

Hey there. I'm glad I found this thread and love the pics.
I am considering riding down or even trailering until say, Tennessee (I'm from Toronto) and riding in from there for 2024 race.
How was the overall experience? And do you have any advice / recommendations?
