Hey guys, new to the Ducati site just bought
A 2021 Ducati v4 , and of course I need carbon fiber , specifically full-six. Here’s my Dilemma,
I bought about $2000.00 worth of parts from
Motomillion on two separate orders , each order was missing parts that were billed to me but not in my order .I have tried 3 e-mails , two phone called but his phone can’t take any message , finally left a message , never heard back. I have a third order of $900.00 . But I’m worried that it will be missing parts as well .
I’ve have heard good things in the past about Mani , But my current experience with Motomillion hasn’t been good . At this point I’ll Probably never see the parts that I paid for.
But I looking for a new vendor that is dependable
And that sell full six. Carbon fiber parts, any one have a good experience with a vendor they can give me a lead ?
 
Call your credit card company about the non-delivery. They may help you out

For carbon, Shift-Tech Carbon sells FullSix but has Shift Tech branding. I have a couple pieces, it is pretty good quality. Was slow getting due to Covid in Italy, which if i recall, they are back to heavy restrictions.

I’ve had good experiences with him, but experiences like yours are reported frequently.

I also have a couple of BMWs motorcycle , and checked that forum as well , found some of the same thing no call back , no email , I’m a sale rep for a nation wide company , we are told all the time
%100 of the customers you don’t reach out to, are %100 of the customers that don’t buy. Called my credit card company to try and get some of my money back , it’s going to take 45days (rats)

Pre COVID ? I’m sure everybody in retail is having issues . I don’t dispute he’s in that boat to. I’m just looking for a reliable vendor to finish my bike.

post COVID...I think my latest one was just around Dec/Jan but yeah...shipping and supply chains have been hard lately. Doesn't excuse lack of communication though..Email hasn't stopped working.
 
Nothing but good things to say about him, your situation sucks, I went for the real carbon fiber look, the stuff six and Ducati uses looks like .... imo. I like the twill Matt look

Had same experience with him a few years ago...guy does not return calls and getting refund is painful. Never again ordered another part from this guy, not worth the hassle of trying to get product or refund. As others mentioned, contact your credit card company and file a dispute...he'll probably talk to the credit card company, otherwise they'll cut him off. Might get him to address your issues at least.
 
Seems like he's hit or miss. I've spent thousands with him and no issues.

But another vendor that I've spent money with that I *think* sells FullSix products would be Shift-Tech, I've been buying from him for the last 10+ years and he's always a pleasure to deal with.

I don’t know shift tech , I still have a third order to put in somewhere a couple carbon fiber parts and duca bike clear clutch cover . I’ll look at there web sit , thank for the heads up
