Can somebody do me a favor and measure their seat height?
I am still concerned why my bike is at 820mm (lowest point of seat), and that with a 200/65 tire.

Im 170 without gear and am nowhere near a fast advanced rider and I'm still bottoming out the stock springs with max preload. My local suspension guy had me buy the 2020 V4S rear suspension dog bones and lower my front forks into the triple tree quite a bit to mimic the geometry of the 2020-2021 models. I also came from a 959, so it has taken me a bit to get comfortable with the power difference, but I definitely think you'll need a stiffer spring.

Preload does not effect spring rate.

If you use all your fork travel, you need heavier springs, and/or smaller air gap (more fork oil).

surely if you use all your suspension then that is good..........however if you bottom out that is bad and needs stronger spring/oil /air
Optimally you want to use all your fork travel. Realistically, you want to always have approx 5mm stroke left. This 5mm gives you room for 'going over your limit'- ie when making a lunge from five bike lengths back into the last corner of the last lap in a race.
It's similar to topping out in top gear against the limiter, when lapping on your own. You always want a few revs in reserve incase you get a slipstream.
