No limits are great. They do bare minimum but everything is professional.

What was .... that you didn't like it?

Yeah the uk people really just facilitated getting there the events are run by the foreign companies

Didn’t FE just do an event there? Slick Moto Events ran there with Rehm this year. I had a good experience with them in Misano

They were not active at reorganising groups based on speed and the general attitude seemed to be just to go out and go for it. More crashes than with European organisers as well. Timing was rubbish as well - not accurate or reliable and no app to see how you were doing.

I have found the European organisers to be much better.

Timing is cheap not argue, they use passive stickers instead of transponders.

Unfortunately transponders are ran by Italian or some kind of European mafia. Go and try to buy one, you will be surprised how expensive and .... their customer service is. In fact, they dont even sell unrestricted transponders to the public no more. No limits just adjusted and invented a hacky solution.

More crashes - nothing to do with No Limits but its a typical British .... fest @andyb can confirm this

General British public is very bad at motorbiking on track. Maybe because they are snowflakes vs. Europeans but Europeans are much tougher and if they fail on track no biggie. Average British guy will try to sue an organizer for a mistake he did on track.
So again, nothing really to do with No Limits.

I thought the UK guys were taking far more risks and being far more aggressive than was necessary on a track day. I’ve been on events where it was primarily practising for races and they were far more considerate and far safer. Anyone riding in a manner that was not safe for other riders was pulled up on it.

With respect… which group you going to move to atm? Can’t see how that would affect you?

It matters when your group has people much slower and much faster. My comment was not about me not being moved – nobody was moved. It was pretty much a free for all.

it is true that EU organizers run much tighter timing controlled groups, because? because they have access to free transponders.
UK organizers cut costs left and right

thats why UK offers 3 days at Mugello WITH hotel WITH transport of the bikes for 890

and the likes of Rehm offer only track for 890

Pardon me, Mugello is probably not the greatest example as all UK organizers code-share it with local EU guys.

Lets take Portimao - No Limits organizes Portimao themself.

3 nights in shared acco, bike transport, 3 days on track

Rehm ?

Same price - only track

But hey - Rehm runs proper groups

I’d take EU organisers and sort my own hotel out and not share a room…

Options are always there you don’t have to share a room ! It’ll be more money but hotels single occupancy always are!

Within my group of 10 at mugello
I was in solo room as were 3 others
Two mates shared
One drive down in his van with his bikes on board and used the hotel meeting his misdis and kid who flew
One drove down and slept at the circuit in his motor home

Anything can be tailored to suit
