They were not active at reorganising groups based on speed and the general attitude seemed to be just to go out and go for it. More crashes than with European organisers as well. Timing was rubbish as well - not accurate or reliable and no app to see how you were doing.
I have found the European organisers to be much better.
I have just got back from a No Limits event at Aragon this morning and they were super proactive on group re-allocation - they moved 90 riders after Day 1 (including me lol). Then more on Day 2. Miraculously, only 1 Red as far as I can tell!
They're a bit "shouty" at their paying customers, but generally put on a good event.
I had a different experience at Brno with them. Loads of crashes as well.
Timing was entirely unreliable and lots of people were complaining about it. Maybe that’s the reason they were not moving people around so much at the event I attended and maybe it was working better at your event.
Interesting (and sad to hear). I suspect the NL timing isn't the best.
I think one of the reasons why Aragon was crash-reduced was 38 riders per session.. on a long, wide track (with excellent run-off and escape routes), traffic becomes much easier to deal with.
Tempted by Brno next summer - meant to be wonderful to ride, but how about the bumps/track surface issues? Are they real or imaginary (like the alleged Aragon "low grip" which was not a problem last weekend)? Also, what's the run-off like at Brno (I'm prone to exceeding track limits in the wrong places!)

I recon the timings were correct but people won’t accept they are too slow…
At mugello a guy was arguing about getting dropped … the Italian organiser said “you are not fast enough!”
2.28...
Couldn’t really give a dam …
so people were moaning about their times being too fast?
Who cares, I explained why and how nl runs timing, don't be a ....
Especially that dude telling you to not be a ....…
