And not a single .... was given that day.
The DUCATI needs to be scrapped and start all over...and don't mention Stoner.
The current bike is not when Stoner mastered !...damn I miss him :/ lol
There is no way Crutchlow will jump from a competitive team to one that's quite simply not...

It's not Nicky's fault it's a .... bike. It's actually better for him if he moves to something, somewhere he has a chance to be competitive on.
Who's gonna sign Hayden??? He will go to WSBK I bet...
Like Frosty said, Crutchlow is moving to Ducati for the money - that's been his main beef with Tech 3, he doesn't make nearly enough. The world economy still sucks, and you need a crapload of personal sponsors to pay the bills, and in some cases even pay for your ride.
Nicky stuck in there with Ducati for the paycheck. He hasn't shown anything in the TC era, he can't adapt his style to the 250-type corner speed style that all the 125/250 Europeans come from. If they did away with TC, he and Rossi would be back competitive again but as others have said that's unfortunately not likely to happen (although it happened very successfully in the last 3 years of F1).
Bradl could likely go to Ducati because Audi brass wants a German in there, and Bradl is on thin ice with Honda. He's a good rider too. Ducati needs a new re-design because they're still trying to tweak Preziosi's design and he's not even there anymore. Until that happens, that bike will continue to be the career-ender that everyone refers to it as.
Incidentally, that's also what's happening with the Panigale in SBK, but more because of politics with Dorna - a Spanish entity - having displaced the Flammini Group - Italians - in power at SBK. Ezpeleta (CEO of Dorna) is extremely cozy with the Japanese, especially Honda, and the SBK rules will likely never favor a big twin again. Ducati will scrap the inherited-from-MotoGP-where-its-not-working monocoque design of the 1199, including the V-Twin in 2016 for something more competitive with the 4-cylinders that will rule the series for some time. V4? V3? Who knows but with Audi demanding the same success they experience in car racing, something very drastic will change at Ducati - believe that.
I bet Nicky helped them sell a .... tonne of Ducs in the last few years though. His charisma and Gucci catalog spreads did wonders for Ducati PR.

+1 - I bet this is the last twin superbike. We'll see a 4 next time around.
yay! Then the 1199 will be like the porsche 993, the last "true" ducati superbike. Hopefully values will increase because what i've seen used 1199's go for recently is quite sad...
