Not sure if some of you folks might have had a similar issue. So I had to replace the rear brake pads and both the allen caliper bolts seemed to have been loctited at the dealership, and torqued hard. The hex heads stripped under force and the bolts didn't budge.
The location of these bolts is such that you can neither use an impact, nor a screw extractor (no place to drill them deeper) So I used a claw type bolt head extractor after heating the bolts gently with a propane torch and they came out.
Surprises me why Ducati used soft Allen cap screws at a place without any recess or countersink when a pair of hex bolts would have done the job.
Replaced the pair of allen head bolts with 10.9 grade high tensile hex bolts. Problem solved forever with no fear of stripping the heads. Added pics with new bolts for reference.
