Air is the only thing to get that baby off. And a decent size air tank at that a tiny one isn't even enough.

impact wrench did the trick for me today, spray some WD40 all around, let it soak for a couple minute, and 3x 5 second impact internvals got the job done. Cost me $90 at the dealer last time around.

I did it differently.
Using front wheel chock which can hold the bike upright by itself, and put tie-down around that, front wheel, and a pillar of the house, then get my wife to sit on bike and step on the rear brake and put my weight on the breaker bar. An easy regular task as i get the tyre changed very often.
Perfect opportunity to bond with the wife over the bike.
Just don't do it while the bike is in rear stand (need to be on the ground), and don't put it in gear!!

OK ..... At the risk of sounding stupid ..... I am going to remove front and back wheels to get new tires . I am taking these wheels off of my 2014 Panigale 1199 S ..... I need a 55mm , 12 point socket for the rear ? ..... What size and style do I need for the front ?

So .... a 55mm 12 point for rear and a 30mm thin wall for the front ?
