JLO was racing like a club racer worried about making it to his real job on Monday.
Rossi is undoubtedly an amazingly talented athlete however his time in the sun has come and gone. The next generation are here.
Sure he may win the occasional race here and there however I think he has no hope of getting another title. The competition is so strong.
The Rossi fanboy's will disagree. Each to their own I guess.
New Sheriff in town there goes MM chance in catching Rossi. Jlo will average 10 or 11 just as VR did when he was at Ducati. Same problem as Rossi had he cant turn the GP bike.
its abundantly clear that 46 is hurting the championship and the talent in motogp by hanging on. he might win a race maybe 2 but has no shot at the championship.
i hate saying if but anybody on the yamaha would have done just as well if not better. zarco doesnt loose the front he would have done better on a satalite team.
think of this if yamaha didnt insult 99 the way they did he stays and rossi stays. now what you have maverick wasting his talent on suzuki.
but lets recap here on the 10-3. we all know it doesnt matter as there are only 4 with a shot at the title. iaonne doesnt fall zarco doesnt fall and marquez doesnt change his tire at the last second all would have finished a head of 46.
how many other good riders wont get a shot cause this loser 46 wants to hang on. everybody gets old. it happened with jordan, and jeter and manning.
i guess the draw for motogp is more important than the talent.

mark, you can't say iannone doesn't fall, zarco doesn't fall, and MM doesn't change his tire at the last second and all would finish ahead of 46.....the thing is....all of that happened, you can't just say 46 won bc everyone else picked wrong or made a mistake, that's just race craft, you pick your best setups and if they don't work out, then tough luck. Look at Dovi, he picked the soft rear and it didn't work out when Maverick was charging up at the end.
also, Manning might have been old and hanging on, but he went out with a Super Bowl ring, like it or not, he still won at the end.

If my aunt had a cock...
Rossi finished 1.5 seconds behind the race leader. Who knows what would have happened with Zarco's tires or if Ianonne could have maintained race pace (he stated he couldn't in an interview before the race)..
This is a logical fallacy known as "Argument from Ignorance".. you cannot reach a logical conclusion when you make assumptions because your assumptions may not only be correct, but may be slanted by personal bias.

Any credibility you had is now gone with this statement.
I generally enjoy your blind faith in Marquez. Its very entertaining.
Lets Recap. Marquez was slow. Zarco passed your vaulted hero in turn one like he was a Moto3 chump. (look at the look on Marquez face as Zarco passed him) LOL!!! Classic WTF moment. The old man that is holding up seats to Yamaha. Passed the much younger rider on the unlimited budget HONDA! Maverick on a first GP race on Yamaha basically made him look like a back-marker and he came from Suzuki which is were it is today because he can develop a bike.
All you have is a bunch of what IF's. If he didn't change his tire. If his bike was better. If this rider didn't fall or that rider didn't hold him up. If he didn't have a hang nail. If Honda would just listen to him. Hum maybe just maybe. Marquez is feeling the pressure of a much more talented rider in Maverick. And that a 38 year old man with a unsorted 2017 bike till the last minute was able to go from 10th to 3rd. Beat him straight up in the middle of a race with no other riders around to blame. Oh and please remind us all how many makes has Marquez won on again. One, and it was on the best bike in the field, thanks to Casey Stoner. Marquez has never had to set up a new bike from zero. He has little ability to set up a bike. He is as lost as he was as a rookie on set up. It is only his incredible team that has gotten him any titles. You may be to young to remember this little blurb but it still holds true. "The Honda line" All you need to do is twist the throttle.
But please give us your liberal stats and flow charts that show us how great Marquez is. We all enjoy it here. It makes for great entertainment between rounds.
We are all very sorry that Rossi snubbed you at the autograph signing you waiting in line all day for. But you really need to let that one go.
Bizarre. The fact that Rossi finished 2nd in the series the last three years solidifies that Mark's "washed up" argument is nothing more than his med's not working any longer. Additionally he acknowledges that there is something to "corporate political intervention" when he mentions Pedrosa and the inference to a family member being associated with Repsol yet will not acknowledge that Rossi, aside from being a great talent is, politically advantageous for business. Mark if you really want to clean the stable and make way for "better talent" why do you not reference Pedrosa giving up his Repsol ride? Where did he finish in the last three seasons? How many GP titles has he won? Lastly, Mark's comment on the "super team" of Lorenzo and Vinales. How is that any different? do you think after Vinales starts beating Lorenzo that the treatment would be any different? It would not be. With Rossi off Yamaha, Lorenzo would have faced the same situation.
sorry to those of you without facebook... however, I am curious to hear opinions on this bump at the beginning of the race...

blind faith in marquez i didnt even mention marquez.
here are the facts
1 jorge was the number 1 rider at yamaha. won 50% of the titles there since 2010. this is not disbutable
2 yamaha offered a washed up rider the same money as the world champion.
3 yamaha could have had the best 1 -2 punch with lorenzo and vinalez if they did the right thing and dropped the old man.
they didnt they chose to keep a guy who has no shot at the title.
now as far as snubbed me for an autograph i wouldnt want one, wouldnt wait for it and wasted my time.
you are also talking about 1 race 1 race that honda was never strong at anyway. would you like to bet me if rossi wins the title? what do you want to bet put up or shut up. rossi is king so lets have your bet.
you want to talk about set up . this is funny. rossi took doohans bike never developed one. the yamaha wasnt far off accrding to burgess when rossi got there. he left and destroyed ducati and when he returned to yamaha had to steal jorge setting often. im sure thats what he did this week too.
i understand you are a drone thats ok though the facts vaccine is strong with this one.
ps my favorite rider was and is stoner pay attention.
do you really want to go there with stats since marquez entered gp really dude you must not be so bright. i believe in 4 years in gp he has more poles than your beloved hero has in 20
