SBK Exhaust- I’m not desperate but damn

I’m probably the odd man out but I love the loudness of the SBK, cagers hear me coming!!!!

Don't get me wrong I don't mind it being that loud either, I just don't want to deal with the repercussions of it being too loud.

I should note that the video is during a pull with MR12 race gas which makes it burble and pop a lot. When it was on pump gas it didn't do it nearly as often or as loud.

What’s been the average a shop charges to install a slip-on exhaust and tune it? (I don’t have the skill/tools to do it myself)

The Arrow exhaust I ordered finally shipped after being on back order

All in I paid about $1200 parts and labor. Slip on power commander and tune

@Desmo-Duey Did you receive your Arrow exhaust yet? And how much were you looking to get for your SBK? I'm taking delivery of my V2 tomorrow, hopefully, and this would be a nice first mod/addition to the bike.

Looking to get the SBK sp1 euro version for my US version 959, reached out to SBK and they told me I'd have to remove the servo motor and flash the ecu.

Has anyone else had to do that after purchasing the exhuast or am I good to go with a plug an play?

Removing the servo motor and flashing the ECU are very typical things done with an exhaust swap.

You can flash it yourself with a Termi T-800. There are maps available for the SBK exhaust.

If I install a servo buddy, would I still need to flash the ecu?

Likely, yes. The fueling will still be off. The flash will also allow you to unplug the O2 sensors since they can mess with the fueling at closed and part throttle. Its worth it to remove them and plug the holes since you'll have it apart anyway.

Some reason couldn't find their website neither instagram. Has anyone been in touch with them recently? Tried www.sbkperformance.com also instagram from some of the old screen shuts but no luck
Thanks
