Nobody seems to know how to work on these. They changed the oil separator (I'm assuming they are calling it the cyclone separator) after the bike was assembled? Ouch that would be painful. How would one get the tube back onto the oval end of the separator let alone a clamp (they're tie wrapped on behind the front frame)? Give the bike back to them and tell them to call you when it's fixed. Don't ride the bike when it's puking oil. Tell these morons to disconnect the crankcase breather at the motor and put a hose and catch can on it. Then run the bike. If it has blowby they'll see it. And the airbox is then disconnected and should stay dry. If the heads are having scavenge problems then you'll still get oil in the airbox thru the valve cover oil separators. This is a public company right? Find out however is the quality/product assurance exec and call him. If you have a lemon law where you can force them to take it back like the US does I'd be looking into that.
