So Ducati denied my warranty claim, wtf?!?

So after installing my 717 grips last week I just noticed that if I rotate the throttle grip all the way down, with the bike off, after the throttle grip stop, the entire throttle housing moves. So then I move the grip clockwise and after it hits the stop there, the whole assembly moves again.

All I see are 2 phillips screws so I tightened those and it made it a lot better. Any help??

All I did was install the new grips. Maybe torquing on the grip did something. Weird.....

Throttle works fine otherwise when bike is started.

How ironic, I posted in this thread and now I have the same problem. What did you end up doing in the end?
