Actually, that's 100% honest. Those are my plans. I was planning termis, but I don't know if I'll keep the bike another year. If I do, I will do them, if not, I won't waste the money on them since I won't recover it at sale.

Don't think so. 18k km so far and at this rate I got the big service coming up next summer which will be 2,5k $

I'm looking at something between 5 or 6k $ out of pocket for a new bike with factory warranty and odometer at 0.

Most of my bling will stay with me (TTX, rearsets, carbon and mirrors) so if I discount the tune-up I'm paying no more than 3 grand for a new bike.

+1 - I am also considering my options since this time next year I will be out of warranty. Based on my experience so far this isn't a bike I am keen to own without a warranty.

I'm planning on the following:

Ducabike clear clutch cover
Rizoma clutch protector
Rizoma red bar ends
Carbon fibre heel plates
Rizoma brake and clutch reservoirs
Ilmberger exhaust heat shield

I'm reminded of a big banner that used to hang in the offices of Cycle News East (they used to have an office in Tucker, GA). To wit - "We Don't Care How the Hell They Do It In California"
 
Of the few motorcycle forums I've been a part of over the years, I definitely find this the most 'organized' LOL. Good stuff guys. I just bought my Pani a few weeks ago and up here in CT, it's practically winter.

I've been watching some threads talking about the CW Werks (junk??). I google 1199 LED turn signals and fender eliminator kit and I see New Rage Cycles stuff. Definitely looks more sophisticated and brighter.

I'm just looking for simple mods - signals / fender eliminator. I see @NOLA ordered the NRC stuff so I'm interested to see how it looks before ordering myself.
