On the way to Ducati.ms forum East Coast rally at deals gap this past weekend (incredible riding and met loads of great people!) stopped by NPR ducati in Athens GA. (I've had a deposit on a base model with them for some months). I took a brief demo ride on the pani.
It's an S model with termis. Still in break in so had to keep the revs below 6000. BIke sounds incredible. The dash display is cool. Bike felt really good handled well on my limited seat time. I was told by someone else to watch the brakes. WOW!! These new monoblocs are an order of magnitude better than the monos on my rsv4 and streetfighter! Seating position is a bit more cramped on the legs (I'm 6-2") and a bit more forward lean angle than on my rsv4 but not a huge difference. Seat felt very comfy.
Ran into a guy at the ducati rally with a tricolore and the stock pipes sound incredible too!
Hopefully mine will be here in a couple weeks.
