If you have a TEXA scanner, you should now be able to reset the annual service light on 22+ Panigale V4s with the most recent update. Just did my bike today

Not mine. Mechanic that did it called up TEXA support and they updated his scanner. It was one where he attached a “receiver” to the OBD plug and then had a standalone scanner that connected to the receiver wirelessly
