Yep I heard the 14's are in matte...

forgot my settings... but it's after me & the wife were on it.. usually its Race & DTC 3 up until a week ago....I think it was some gravel.. The lower the # the less intrusive or more intrusive???

Yea but my warranty is almost gone anyway....

Plus I think think I want to find an R if I can. I want it.. Who know's how much the new one will be... I'm sure if they want to sell it I can't be 50k+ I mean don't they have to sell so many units to race it anyway?

it's all rumors until Nov anyway.. price wise...

The 2014 R wont be much diff in spec or price to 2013 but there wont be a Black one either

Lower number = less intrusive. Hence why Race mode is like, 3 by default, Sport 5 and rain 8 I think.

If the color is a huge option and deciding factor I could easily connect you with someone to create a paint job 100 times better than what stock can ever provide you.

Many Pani owners on these forums know what I'm talking about and please PM me for details if you'd like to at least talk with my buddy who is one of the best Ducati paintwork guys in US. Unless its just the 2014 you really want for some odd reason?

A kick ... paint job is not as expensive as you think it is!
 
Good luck whatever you end up doing - if you get an R you'll forget about your old bike and any money tied up in it in the first 100 yards you ride away from the dealer.
 
What kind of floor is in your garage? Looks really nice.
 
It looks like a traditional 2 Part Epoxy Garage Floor coating with gray and black chips. Many companies to this type of work or you can DIY with a stop at Home Depot.
 
im so use to my rizoma mirrors the bike looks odd to me with the stock ones lol. good luck with your decision whatever it will be you will have a great looking bike
