Or when your canyon dancers move your grips out of place, and you break that little nub that holds your $300 throttle in place trying to put it back. ....ask me how I know....
Oh, and if you care about having the fancy OEM Ducati grips you can pick them up for $300, they come with a free throttle assembly (i.e. cannot be purchased separately)
I dislike canyon dancers. I have a couple I no longer use. I have pitbull restraints and if I have to tie down in a trailer without them I find a place on the triple, which takes a bit. Note: it was the "second generation" canyon dancer with the plastic cups on the end that STILL moved my grip.
