Upmap now available for Ducati Streetfighter V4/V4s

Most interesting, not the UpMap is available for the SFV4, as for me I run the custom mapping included with the Akrapovic Slipon and probably quite happy with it, I have not done any Dynoruns - yet.
It´s running fine, but maybe I expected more somehow?

But perhaps now there is an option for that :

And here´s whats interesting :

Mtorque versions will also be released for akrapovic soon.

These special maps eliminate throttle limitation with an increase in third and fourth gear of + 40hp.

So, sounds great! What if you could somehow unlock the restriction in the gears and then unlock a +40hp! Hmm..

Wouldn't it increase the tendencies to wheelies? Ducati might suppress those range intentionally
 
There's no question she's limited. I know with the full ARK system and Ducati Up map she's still lean down low. But the more important part is being able to adjust the torque limiting tables to get 100% of what we paid for and not a lame duck down low like IMO we have,

I wish I knew, I can say for sure there are a few new bikes that woolich and ftecu are struggling with. The 2020 r1, the zh2 and the V4. A huge decision factor for me in buying a new v4 was the ability to be able to develop flashes for it so I am as anxious as anyone.

My testing on the upmap with the v4 panigale has been positive and I am using it as a bridge till I can access the ECU
 
I saw a YouTube vid of a SF dyno run with the Akro full system and map that had a huge flat spot near the top. Totally unacceptable to me given the cost involved but the Youtuber shrugged it off when I commented on it.

I'd rather pay for this than my dealer to flash a wonky map. I have no ..... to give about racing evo on my dash. Give me what I paid for.

How is wheelie not built into the 6 axis or whatever black box unit? I wouldn't think wheelie control is a map thing without detection by the BBU. I mean, why would there be a reduction without a detection of a wheelie (axis) change?
 
Here's what upmap is saying.

With these special maps in the first four gears (1-2-3-4) the throttle limitations are eliminated.
Here you can find the Mtorque maps:

In the coming weeks the maps with akrapoc slip-on will be available but not with the full exhaust.

I have the full AKR system and just emailed them to see if they will be coming out with one for the full system also. I don't see why I couldn't use the one for the slip on's if it came to it. I have to get this girl unlocked. I hate being limited
 
Me and bill are the first ones using the upmap on the streetfighters. It’s been a good tune to be honest besides the terrible and i mean terrible user experience

i don’t see why you couldn’t use the arrow without dB killers map. And all they’re doing is getting rid of the throttle delay and restrictions. According to Brandon at bren, i guess the code is real pain to get too and work with. This is probably why they have made it a premium tune. Bill says the bike is all over the road I’m running the performance tune and it’s spot on
