The quicksilver for me has been awful and super ....... dangerous. I want to say 6 out of 10 shifts from 3rd to 4th or 4th to 5th it acts like it goes into neutral and then bucks super hard. I hate it. I never have this problem with my 2019 R1.

Make sure you are on the gas when you shift. If you the throttle is even rolling off slightly then it will lurch. Also, after making the shift, ensure you don't have any pressure on the lever or it won't complete the shift. In other words tap up (or down) but don't keep any pressure on the shifter after the initial engagement.

Not saying the QS is great (it's not) but it's also extremely sensitive to the above.

For sure! Very sensitive as you say... thanks & regards!

Thanks for the info. I can't say I've done anything wrong as I've had a quickshifter on 3 out of 4 of my motorcycles and this is the first issue I've had. Doesn't matter at this point because my bike and I got taken out Sunday April 25th. Dudes insurance will be buying me a new SF thank God.

Sorry to hear this. Glad you are ok!

Sorry to hear on/off.

I think this is my personal preference... I want a normal bike that can blip - and it has got absolutely nothing to do with noise. If a bike can't blip in neutral or a pulled clutch it does the same when riding and one want to gear off in low revs... you blip the throttle right?? But when it is a Ducati this function is "dead" on the newer bikes it seems. That sir, is my obsession...

Yep, I've tested it out a bit and does seem dead. And that is in comparison to my old 2019 Panigale V4. So, exact same engine but noticeably different mapping. The SF V4 pulls better in higher gears at lower revs but in the lower gears, the original Panigale V4 climbs through the revs considerably quicker. Quicker than any bike I've ridden. Certainly, a lot quicker than the SF. The Panigale could easily be blipped. And, it sounded great when it did!

I was on a one way, 3 lane street. I was filtering lanes 1&2 at roughly 15-20mph on a 25mph street. I looked left to see how close the car in lane 1 was to me. As I began to look forward I saw a SUV make a left from the middle lane in front of me. I was already next to his left rear quarter panel when he initiated the turn. I essentially got T-boned due to the hard, almost 90° left he made on this one way street.

I dry humped the .... out of my tank. My right boot/shin caught between the bike and SUV's front tire which slowed my forward trajectory slightly before going over the bars. My bike hit a parked car and I slid headfirst into a parallel parked car, too.

Thank god I spent for the good gear. I had an AGV pista on my head, Dainese D-air jacket (didn't deploy), and Dainese Torque out boots.

Installed the Arrows and T800 on my US-Spec 2021 model. To be honest, the fueling and power don't feel much different. It certainly sounds better at least!

It was the plug compatible with whatever is under the seat on a US-Spec 2021. I’m at work, but I can check tomorrow.

are you guys that are saying you dont feel much difference unplugging your o2 sensors from the harness?

My bike was significantly better once I unplugged the o2 sensors
