If the calibration fixed the issues faced after the front sprocket change then there’s no reason why it wouldn’t help with changes in the rear as well.
The same principle applies because it’s calibrating for final drive ratio.

I agree... however in my case and at least two other owners of European models (one who is the owner of Ducati RSA), this procedure does not cure the change of the front (-one tooth) and rear (+ two teeth). It simply had issues with the ECU, QS etc. I had no issues with going down to 14T in front but could not resolve the front and rear change with the calibration option. I'd like to hear how yours went... Regards!
