V4SP...

I have one thought. Why Ducati? What is the point? Very confused here

I agree. It costs around the price of a V4R. The SP doesn't have the R's suspension but it has better carbon fiber wheels. Not sure about the titanium engine bits but it's over 1000cc so it's more of a street engine, as opposed to being 999cc for WBSK specs.

My only guess is that Ducati is taking a page out of Porsche's playbook, and making more subtlely different models.

Wow so $42K for the 916 and this bike has dry clutch and carbon wheels that just feels wrong. I like the bike but if it comes with all of this at $37K I feel a little ripped off sorry.

OMG guys I just figured out a way
The red one faster;)
I just realized how to make it even faster than the red one. And you cant argue with me on this one. I have more knowledge on this than anyone on this forum. I have a Harley Dyna and belong to the Dyna Page on FB. If my calculations are correct. The more stickers that go on the swing arm (top, side and maybe even inside), as well as putting some stickers on the areas like the belly pan and windshield. Just those addons will up the HP by at least 20-30 (of course all depending on the types of stickers) and will boost torque by at least 15-20lb lbs of torque. Ive seen it happen with my own eyes on the Dyna Page. LOLOL ;)

Looks like it was designed for Batman. Love the black, but all the extra goodies, dry clutch, etc...why does Ducati leave the ugly exhaust cans??

because they would not be able to sell it legally without them (or any other non-cat pipe)

I like it a lot. However I absolutely love my new 2019 V4S Nicky Hayden Tribute bike that is being completed now by Motocorsa. Should be done by the end of next week.

I've been told only 100 coming to the US. Put in your deposits now.

I was thinking of getting one, but will wait for the 22 R. Nothing really special about the SP except the numbered top clamp... in my opinion

TO me this bike actually seems like it offers a lot for the money. Unless you are racing the 1103 is better, SL carbon wheels, wings, fender & dry clutch. It also has upgraded calipers, master with remote adjuster with light weight tail. Makes me want to trade in the Speciale.
