What Did You Do For Your Panigale Today?

Longer than expected. I spread it out over 3 days and it took probably about 12-14 hrs. I also changed my spark plugs, tightened my valve cover bolts, and replaced my coolant though.

I removed the whole radiator assembly and loosed the rear subframe to make the job easier. The hardest part is mounting the new exhaust and getting everything lined up.

OK! Thank you fir this informatin. Will probably start next week and also install a sprint filter and several carbon pieces at the same time. Time is a bit limited with a 5 year hyper active boy and I heve to find a good place for all parts tht I need to remove to keep them out of reach for him... :)

Took me around 7 hrs with tea breaks etc to remove homologated akra system on
my pani R and fit the underseat termi system. The bigger part of the job was removal
of the original fitment.

Well, I low sided on the left on the track trying to chase somebody down so I get to replace the sliders (did their job nicely) and the shifter peg and foot peg which have a little over a half a peg left....that's what I'll do for my Panigale although it is still pretty ride-able as is. I'm also going to put on slicks for the first time.

Which sliders do you have? Any damage or did the sliders save everything?

I'm going to the track soon and I'm nervous not having any protection. Was thinking about the R&G frame sliders and maybe some tank sliders.

A little over a week ago, I got a chance to tinker with 3M 1080 vinyl and did this...though I ended up removing the black pinstripe border for a cleaner look

Those would be fine; I have Sato engine sliders and Speedymoto fork sliders. That's it. Tank sliders would be good but I haven't gotten around to it. Left side foot peg and shifter peg ground away almost halfway so they are going to get replaced although they are still usable; I finished the track day on them. There's a scratch on the rear left side tail which I'll touch up with a dab of red....

Got her out for the day for a little loop I like to call the Isle of Van. The more I look at it I'd like to see the engine and take those covers off. Is it worth the hassle or just leave them be?

it really is up to to you. but it is not just few bolts. will have to take tank off and loosen the subframe.

for me, i think its worth it. i also think it will help with engine heat. i wear full leathers so dont care about leg heat.

I am also thinking about what to do with those engine covers now. It will not cause me much of extra work (if any) as I am about to start the full termi installation as well as a sprint P08 air filter. So question is just to keep them on or remove at the same time"¦.

Only you can answer that my friend. :D

I would if it was me.

Yes, I know! I have not decided which way to go with this yet. Just thought to ventilate this also (as mrjonnylee brought up the question) to see what kind of input it gets"¦

I got her home yesterday, planning on taking her out for a proper spin on Sunday. Weather permitting... lol Should I worry about riding in the rains? I haven't had a problem with it in the past, but have never owned a Super Bike before.

Just use the wet mode if you end up in rain.....
