Sad but true. I'm glad to have lived when and where I live. A true blessing. I fear for the future freedom for most of us. What the middle class needs to think about with the rise of AI is when the middle class can not be exploited by the rich and powerful why have a middle class at all.

Defense against what, exactly? The US has created it's own problems, thanks to the CIA, and now no one knows how to make the problems stop being problems. Doing more of things that are proven to fail is insane. You don't kill an idea by killing people, and you don't take the land away from people whose families have lived there for 5,000 years. to quote Princess Leia... ' The more you tighten your grip, TRUMP, the more Nations will slip through your fingers.'

Cardio is only a portion of overall fitness. Get your deadlift to at least your bodyweight. Some would say you aren't strong until your deadlift (not a sumo deadlift because it's bullsh*t) is twice your bodyweight.

It’s really not hard to find how much Trump and Elon are fücking up. It’s constant. Literally day after day of chaos and stupidity. I find it cathartic to throw their shït right back in their face.

In a World that runs on Credit instead of Savings, and Greed trumps Common Sense (Like how I did that?) the usurious banking institutions make it all but impossible NOT to run a deficit. The only way to do so is to be a massive exporter of desirable goods, such as major oil producers. But, in case you haven't noticed, the US has a gun to their head, which causes higher prices for crude, which increases inflation which increases Debt. . . Sounds like a circular firing squad to me.

One thing to consider, though, the 34 TRILLION dollar debt of the US is equivalent to only 3 Trillion in 1960, 7 trillion in 1980, 18 trillion in 2000, and 20 trillion in 2010, the actual 'debt' hasn't changed in value, the number just got larger because of the Dollar's devaluation due to inflation. The National Debt is basically the same value as it was 25 years ago, the numbers are just different.

Here's an attached website/chart that shows the US Debt ceiling increases over the last 50 years or so. Notice who controlled congress or the Presidency and what happened to the Debt ceiling during their Tenure. The absolute WORST was under Biden, 2nd worse was under Obama, then Bush. Contrastingly, the last half of Slick Willy's presidency showed a marked decrease, but that is because the Republican Congress forced him to curb spending and kinda-sorta balance the budget, which continued for the first 2 years of Bush while they ramped up their multiple war campaigns.

I just so despise neo-cons.
