Hey, he is using punctuation!!!!! Man's a quick learner. Now that you have mastered the period, let's take the next step and learn about the comma.

Comma
a punctuation mark (,) indicating a pause between parts of a sentence. It is also used to separate items in a list and to mark the place of thousands in a large numeral.

Whats confusing is that Andy posted a pic of a his bike with the Akra undertail, but he is requesting info related to a woolich tune status on a D200 Termi system and is planning to put on a Spark 3/4. He is a man of many exhausts.
FYI, I've ridden my 22 bike mapped for the undertail Akra including the 23 software update and its mint, power delivery is abundant, smooth and pretty good as in no complaints.

where is my bike picture with an Akra under tail exhaust?......!@£$%^&*(?

Once you have settled your internal squabbles about brexit and finished the nonsense with the royals, maybe you can tell us? :D

er........trump? Biden.... was that the best you could do?

no squabbles about Brexit here,........got rid of all the freeloaders...well apart from those that are turning up on a boat every hour... thought you were going to build a wall?

No idea about politics, not going there!

I do find it amusing that you are typing this rant on your iphone (or Android, same difference). Oh the irony! Let me recall the last useful thing that came out of England.... I will get back to you!

I believe you mentioned brexit first…. Just saying !

Christopher Columbus? He sailed from England …

You sure about that? Coulmbus sailed from Palos de la Frontera, Spain. And he went looking for India / China, because at the time they were the center of the world.

All in good fun, love sparring with the Brits. You guys generally have a good sense of humor.

Ok so away from all the bull and bollox, I had the 2023 update yesterday as confirmed by our dyno expert regarding the number for the update.
The throttle feels more instant no hiccup and it even sounds crisper. It is new to most Ducati dealers let alone dyno people.
However I have lost the woolich software so I’m left with the dilemma of what or who to go to to achieve proper fuelling without disrupting the 23 electricery

Option 1 go back to woolich where at the moment they are saying send us your ecu🤷🏼‍♂️
Option 2 mr Deussen has been very informative and hopefully this week will confirm the 23 electronics and his map. The downside is the cost especially adding import tax from Germany
Option 3 is a place called Cjs he is a similar guy to Deussen but 150 miles away … I’m awaiting a response
Option 4 see what the system is my local dyno can use they do do woolich but I’m back to opt 1 again. I do need to explore their other system they use and the impact that has with the 23 stuff.
So I don’t need 210 horsepower I just like it to. E correct from an engineering perspective so no latte here!

So what was different about your upgrade to 2023 and Rick's upgrade to 2023? If we understand it correctly, his upgrade left the woolich intact but yours wiped it?

Among your options, I would ask if you were happy with the woolich the first go around prior to 2023 upgrade. It sounds like you were not. In which case I would give Duessen a go - may as well try a different tune if the first flash wasn't satisfactory to you.

I can prove my software is the 2023.. ;-)

Woolwich were playing catch-up with the 22 model my error codes were like a Christmas tree. There a bit of info grabbing that annoys me. Send us the ECU ... again... rather than just supplying a product. Im the patsy but they want full price, again!
Yes sure he has been most informative and understands the direction. Shame he is in Germany!
That does seem my easiest but expensive route...

When dealing with tuning a $30k bike Andy, a few hundreds between one tune and another is moot.

yeah I know its great having the latest singing dancing but its frustrating as stuff hasn't been done before or is very green you end up being the researcher and guinea pig for most.

these days ducati want to make things as difficult as possible so you don't go anywhere else but ducati for aftermarket stuff.
everything is logged against your chassis number and if you do something outside of what ducati know when you go back to them they won't recognise it. All the y recognise is your bike as it was last with them.
So the D200 exhaust I had the woolich software I had doesn't exist.
Interesting they supply a different 2023 update if they do recognise you have a AKRAPOVIC provided by them.

This is disappointing. I was under the impression that once you pay Woolich, you have a license to the map for your vehicle and you can load/re-load as many times as needed. Is that not the case?

Sounds like Woolich is using Andy as an unpaid beta tester. Even better, he had to pay them to develop their product. Hilarious.
