Can someone please clarify what this update is specifically called. My local dealer didn’t seem to have any updates for my 22’ v4s and they said they’re gonna reach out to their rep to try and get it tomorrow. Is there a code specifically I should tell them. This is all I could find sorting through this thread D4A9I311WABAGG1

First if possible find a new dealer bc them not knowing this is a red flag.

Second, ask for the EBC EVO2 and update to 2023 DTC/cooling fan/DQS. Or give them this press release

I don't think it has a part number like EVO 2/3.

Really dude...

There's really ...... up nomenclature in Ducati parlance in which EVO 2 and EVO2 are different things and EBC EVO 2 is not the same as DTC EVO2 or DTC EVO 2. The DTC EVO nonsense has the part number attached which costs $750ish USD.

When they plug your bike into the Ducati diagnostic computer, it will show any updates available for your bike. It's described as MY23 something. If it isn't there, it's either because you have it already (what date was your bike manufactured), or you have the dealer Akrapovic Upmap, and it isn't compatible. That said, I believe there is a separate update for that system. Your Ducati dealer can ask Ducati for technical support.

But, little worrying they don't know this.

They scanned my bike for updates when I had a tire changed and they said nothing showed up. My bike was purchased in May 2022.

Off the topic, could anyone clarify if a Woolich flash gets erased after the service interval reset at the dealer for a 18 Panigale v4 ? Just finished tuning my bike today and the dash says service due in a week😅

Can’t confirm but Ive been recommended flashing the stock tune before factory updates and reflashing modded afterwards.

Quite simple and safe so nothing to lose.
