Happy Monday - I posted it general as well but thought it might be better here. I am looking at doing a 520 conversion on my V4 and I am curious about the polyurethane Cush drive as a replacement. Are they worth the extra $$ or just a gimmick?

Poly is way better than rubber any day. Much stiffer n stronger. I'm doing the same this winter on my V4. What gearing are you going with? Are you going with a light weight quick change hub?

I have a quick change setup but as of now just the carrier & light weight sprocket. I was only planning on going down 1 tooth on the front.

I have a 520 set up and quick change rear carrier just left the standard rubber cush drive . Never really had one fail

Did you stay with factory ratio or change the pinion and/or rear sprocket?

If you did... Do you like it?
