A Rockie needs help

Is my first time changing the oil on my 2014 1199R and I was looking inside of the oil filter housing and notice that a section inside is broke. I try my best taking a picture, can you guys please tell me why is that if anybody knows more about it. Thanks

The size of the pic is so small its too hard to tell for me. Is it just a bit of the rubber seal ?

Dude load it on a trailer and take it to the dealer for warranty, just like that don't touch it.
