So there were other emails, I use multiple accounts, but you get the gist. There were other threads where Rich offered up advice on how to make the pipe perform better as well. I have nothing to hide, if I've missed anything feel free to post.

The difference in the comms is the difference between my dealings with a vendor and my discussions with forum members - two different things, not me being two-faced.

Ironically I'm just looking forward to bolting on the pipe, swapping the baffles and moving on. I really don't think its acceptable or fair for someone who's spent thousands of dollars on a product to be singled out in the way you have chosen to do with me because of my opinions, which have always been fair and balanced.

Sadly this appears to be the solution Austin Racing resorts to when faced with product problem & customer challenges. Just ignore it and hope it goes away.

But Imho your are an ........ No telling how many chances you have been given to right the wrongs you have committed.. and you have pretty much spurned them all...

Somehow I expected that response! Not only a great communicator but a great business man as well! I'm sure your business will thrive based purely on what I have seen here.

AR is based in Peacehaven eh! The racing center of not only East Sussex but the UK.......LOL!

Does AR really stand for Austin Racing or is it really Absolute Rubbish?

If he's from Peacehaven then there is a high possibility that he is an ...... Mainly inbreds out that way.

Perhaps the staggering 100 units sold worldwide should have been our first hint! Particularly true if Rich is the marketing department for the company.

Sadly...It may have been 200+ units if he never posted here in attempts to "help" sell and promote the product. At they very least, I know myself and a friend would've bought one regardless of the dyno charts, but not after seeing this forum...
 
Waf.... Have you thought about just sending the whole thing back for refund??? I know logistically its probably a nightmare but has it crossed your mind??

He likes it whaen it works :) It would be nice for a rider to post a side-by-side comparison of the feel, vs stock. But maybe he remembers what his bike used to feel like?

... and this is why this whole AR thing and calling Rich out has been valuable...despite the members who crow that we are simply Trolls... I really sincerely believe AR has been shown in all its "glory" ...Product and even more so "customer service"..

And now it looks like the heatshield (that originally was not needed) hasn't even shipped yet. But I shouldn't be commenting, as I don't own the pipe, and don't intend to. But then all the "GOOD GUYS' don't own it either :)
 
neither do the neutral ones. :D they rather gut their stock exhausts and have to wait weeks for their welders ...

it is a good example for someone who wants to start a business, how not to do it.

Literally...WAF and one other person own one on here that I'm aware of. You know that's the ONLY reason he's on here. Sales are in the toilet.
