Critique my body position please. This wasn't a trackday but the easy lunch ride at the races. First time taking the Anniversario out there and being conservative with her.

Edit: I'm 5'7" short.

This was on the R at the trackday but waiting on the pics.

I wonder why you got the knee protector scratched instead of just the knee slider? - I am no expert in the subject so I guess I will read the comments....

Nice looking bike and gear by the way!

Suit is probably to long on the legs. Very nice pics.

I was touching both till I pulled up the puck where you see it. That happened at a 53 degree lean angle.

Thanks HeronB. I agree being off the rack pucks were a bit low. They didn't touch once I pulled the pucks further up like in the pic.

Is the same problem I have being also 5'7" I have to wear out boots to hold the knee up in the right position.

Pics look great and body position looks good based on what I see where your at in the turns but I'm no expert either.

I've always worn pants in the boots. These leathers were actually cut for outside the boot with more shin protection. A first for me.

I'm not fastest guy in L3 (fast group) but I think you and I in same boat with body position. I need to work on dropping my shoulder and head more

Thanks Flo. 2-3 transition at the Ridge. I try to get my upper body over more but I run out of arm length over the tank. Normally half a butt cheek off the seat locks my knee into the tank.

With the DP rearsets pegs set at the high position and the added height of the race seat, it takes 50 degrees to just barely skim the pucks.

I did my first trackday since 2007 this Saturday on the R. I'm 10 seconds off my pace at Pacific so much rust to knock off. R handled beautifully and acceleration was brutal, good.

Twisted I must say took me like 10 min to actually look at your position the bike is stunning. Anyway I'm not an expert either but looks good too me. Hopefully Mike will chime in b1009 or whatever his screen name is. He's a great rider and a coach. Just a great all around guy. Or maybe later Ljuice Phil brett baker if he's still around all super fast guys

Looks like your zipper is just off center on the tank. I think try to move your upper body over more to get chest halfway off the tank?

I've noticed the tank extensions that some use to sit them back further. I think I'm to short for those as I already climb up against the tank.

Thanks Mark. Hopefully I can get my trackday pics soon were I'm not as conservative. Hopefully he got turn 9 pics as that's the turn I felt best in Saturday.

Isabella appreciates the compliment.

get down and across more. Kiss the mirror

But yeah, looking good and your bike looks deadly

Thanks Glenn. I was working on that at Saturday's trackday. Hopefully I get some decent pics to see if I was successful.

How do you know the angle? Do you use your phone or or something like that? (I just thought of that and that sounds like a good idea hmmm!)
