So after winters building my 2022 V4S towards a trackday bike I finally tried to fire it up today.
Have replaced some parts that could be related to codes I got, "all" electronic aids where like a Christmas tree.

Brake and Clutch levers to Lightec, and yes I forgot the contact for the brake light first. But was taken care of. Also did change back to original as I had a bad feeling from the Lightec.
Rearsets, Lightec, should not be any problems I think.
Replace the complete rear end with Motoholders subframe and S2 Concepts (bad fitment...) and installed the Ducati rear light eliminator plug.
Removed the front light unit, should be no codes as far as I understand.
Changed exhaust and removed the servo motor, put a Heeltec ESE-D03 ES eliminator in.

I have not removed the wheels so far or done anything to the engine except changing fluid to water wetter.
Some small things like replace brake pads and fairings etc, but that is more cosmetically.
I stall have the side stand on, so that connector is still connected.

What can cause the codes, have I missed something here?
May also add that the local Ducati dealer are rather full booked and I am hoping to start the season in two weeks....yes I know I am too late...

What voltage does the battery have? I would check it, and maybe swap out for another.
Did you disconnect the abs pump?
Do you have a fault code reader? Can you clear the fault codes?

Meanwhile I was having the battery disconnected for some hours. No help. Voltage is 13,3V so full power.
I was struggling to get it started now again, more then before even.
Miss fire and running very poorly if at all.
No diagnostic tools, and did not touch the abs.
Will bring it to the dealership tomorrow morning.

Do you have a battery charger? I had a similar issue, voltage looked good, but wouldn't start. Dead battery.

you really need to read what error codes are being thrown up as that will give you a better indication of what's occurred.

For a start Ebay for a reader with the correct lead. at least see and then eliminate the codes see if they come back.

Yes, but cannot find any with the new Euro 5 connector, any tips?

OBD 2 reader and OBD2 to euro 5 adapter .. piece of cheap crap but you can read the codes and clear them👍7BD033D4-353C-4EA9-A7D3-72EC5186B346.jpeg

As above first but it sounds unusual, did you disconnect then reconnect anything else in the process, if so I would recheck everything for a good fit.

No, only the connection to thrthe tank as I removed it. Was thinking if it was not okay the fuel pump would not work

Some hours, have another deaer in my town. Will try there as I bought it from them.

Ok. Ducati Arboga is one of my Flash Points and I could have asked for some "preferred service" for your there.

Have you checked all the fuses? Maybe you cause a short during the installation and now some of the modules are without power. That can be the reason for the "Chritsmal tree" .

Can you post a video of your dash board displaying the fault state?

Okej good to know! Will keep that in mind based on what the findings will be.
I attach a picture of the looks. When I put ignition on it looks fine, but as soon as it start (if I am lucky) it shows a big red screen with DTC error covering the whole screen. After this it looks like this, see attached.

is it possible that connecting the rear light eliminator plug caused a fuse to blow, nothing else that you did to it should have caused all these errors. .
another possibility is that during subrame change a wire or two was pinched and has shorted to chassis, check all of your wires for pinching and insulation damage
, this would lead to blown fuses or high resistance situations that would causes error codes like Daniel stated
