I'm bypassing the ABS and need new lines. The channel I was going through dried up so I've decided on custom lines from Core Moto. They need measurements and I'm away from the bike for a few months. I was hoping to have everything ready to go when I return home.

If any of you guys could get me the following measurements I'd really appreciate it. I would like the T in the middle of L4 if possible. Thanks in advance.

Alright, let’s try this. Free Ti race drilled caliper bolts for whoever can get me the measurements.

Sorry can't help with dry break measurements, I'm sure someone will join in.

If I can just get the basic measurements I’ll account for the staubli dry breaks.

Rogue,

Here’s what I got. 17” from banjo to banjo on the calipers using all factory parts. With factory parts, L1 is a bit tricky since the line snakes to the ABS module. I can get you a general measurement from the master cylinder to the corner of the fender.

If I’m going in the right direction, I can keep measuring.

From brake MC to the middle of the front mudguard it’s 20.5” but core moto doesn’t do half sizes so you’ll have to go to 21’’

T from middle of mudguard to the right caliper it will be 9”

T to the left caliper will be 9”

You’ll need 20 degree upward angle for each banjo fitting

Those measurements were taken also with the wheel turned all the way right which would make the line the tightest, so a little slack was given at that point.

I just replaced all my lines which came out well.
