Hi guys, I have a 2013 Ducati 1199 and one of the low-beam lights have burnt out recently so I went online to look for solutions.
I came across this simple tinkering video to do a headlight swap on youtube:

In the video, at around 1:41 the video shows the simple process of removing the connector, pull out the original bulb and insert the new H11 philips bulb into the slot and reconnect the connector. Simple enough I thought
But once I purchased the bulbs and went to have a closer look at my Panigale, I noticed that my low beam bulb is not connected the same way as the video, and it would appear that the grey/black connector is actually tucked way into the fairing and I cannot get it out without some extensive work to remove the steering bar assembly.
Did the headlights get a redesign between the 1199 and 1299? Any input will be greatly appreciated. I thought this will be an easy plug-in-play but right now there's no way to remove the original bulb.
